That is the reason we have launched the Youth Wellness Initiative for the children in the Greater Cincinnati area. We offer fun fitness, mindful movement, and nutrition guidance at no cost to the youth or their families to keep them active!

Fix-er-upper
Teaching young people handyman skills.
Starting with small, low-stake projects that build their confidence and safety awareness.
Key Foundation skills include:using pwer drills, painting basics, carpentry, and understanding home maintenance to avoid expensive repairs.
We partner with professional contractors for larger projects that require a specific skillset and certifications or licensures.
